THE CHALLENGE

For SEO, pre-existing onsite optimizations were minimal and targeted terms were outdated with little to no search volume. Also, terms with high volume but low relevance were making it challenging to win top organic search positions. For paid digital media, pre-existing ad accounts and campaigns across multiple channels were not structured or being tracked correctly from a data standpoint nor being optimized with enough frequency. With no real idea of how investment was performing or how to pivot programs appropriately, the result was a waste of marketing investment funds.
